Connecting pieces and connections
Prior to starting up a gas welding, heating, brazing, cutting torch or gouging torch operation,
the gas welding unit must be connected to a suitable oxygen and gas supply system. The
basis for this requirement is according DIN EN 560.
The individual connecting pieces must be checked for leak tightness prior to starting the torch
into operation. The actual putting into operation of the torch with flame ignition may not be
performed until leak tightness is absolutely ensured. The owner-operator is obliged to make
sure that sufficient protection equipment is available for the operating personnel.
You will find suitable fitting and accessories for the entire range of ROTHENBERGER products
in our main catalogue.
